I want to fill you in on how I handle shipping your vinyl directly from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to your doorstep. Here are the details:

Shipping Method:

I rely on Correos (Spain Post) to send your records. I trust them to get your purchases to you safely and quickly.

Processing Time:

After you place your order, I commit to processing it within 1-3 business days. I want your vinyl in your hands as soon as possible.

Shipment Tracking:

With every order, I'll send you a tracking number. That way, you'll know where your package is at all times.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are shown clearly before you finalize your order. Transparency is key.

International Shipments:

If you're outside Las Palmas, no worries, I also ship internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Secure Packaging:

I make sure your records are well protected so they arrive in perfect condition.

Return Policy
Vinyl Record Return Policy

Hey I'm Rancel! In my Bandcamp site, the goal is to make sure you feel awesome about your purchases, and that includes vinyl records. If you ever need to return a record, here are the details on how we can make it as easy as possible for you:

Return Period:

You have 14 days from when you bought the vinyl to decide if it's your vibe or not.

Return Conditions:

The record should be just as we sent it, unopened and unused.
Make sure you have the purchase receipt to make everything smoother.

Return Process:

If you decide to return it, shoot me an email to rancelmusicsp@gmail.com. I'll send you a form for you to fill out and include in the return package with the record.

Return Costs:

You're responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the confusion is on my end – in that case, I cover the shipping!

Refund:

Once I receive the vinyl and see everything is in order, I'll refund your money to the payment method you used.
I'll do my best to make that happen within 7 business days.

Exceptions:

But hey, if you personalized the vinyl or damaged it, unfortunately, I won't be able to accept the return, okay?
